Referring
to the regulations specified in the IPO prospectus of Act Financial, we would
like to inform you that the brokerage firms violating the IPO regulations was
presented to the Membership Committee on Thursday 01/08/2024. The Committee
has decided to prohibit the following companies from utilizing EGX services
regarding the next two IPOs. Companies are required to adhere strictly to all
terms and conditions of the IPO, as well as the regulations and decisions
announced by EGX concerning execution, procedures, deadlines, and transactions
in the Operations Market OPR:
