The Egyptian car market is preparing for the return of local production by "El Nasr Automotive" Company through the production of an electric-powered auto with a high component percentage within a few days, which will be announced in a press conference within days.

This will be attended by Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Minister of the Business Sector Mohamed El-Shemy, and a group of automotive sector journalists in Egypt.

It is worth noting that El Nasr Automotive Company was established in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 913 on 5/23/1960, and the total area of ​​the company is about 480,000 square meters, according to the company's official website.

Buses - lorries - agricultural tractors (Roman 65, Nasr 65, Nasr 60) and also passenger cars. The company produced the following models of Fiat vehicles (Nasr 1100 - Nasr 125 - Nasr 126 - Nasr 127 - Nasr 128 - Nasr 133 - Nasr 131 - Tempra - Bolognese - Florida - Nasr Shahin car (SL1600) with 96 horsepower - Nasr Shahin car (S1400) with 78 horsepower - in cooperation with the Turkish company Tofaş - Nasr Florida car (1400) with 71 horsepower - Nasr Florida car with air conditioning (1400) with 71 horsepower in cooperation with the Yugoslavian company Zastava.
