The Egyptian Exchange Board of Directors has
decided on its session no (05) of 2025 on 07/05/2025 decision no. (49) suspending
the membership of Alhmd Stock Brokerage - with its consequences — at the
request of the company, based on FRA’s BOD decision no (64) of 2025 on 12/03/2025
approving the voluntarily suspension of the companys activity for
one year (The first year) as of the decision of the company’s ordinary general
assembly held on 25/12/2024.
