The Listing Committee held on 18/06/2025 has approved to:
•List the capital decrease for Palm Hills Development Company, from EGP 5,759,828,346 to EGP 5,719,828,346.
•Such capital decrease is through terminating 20 Million treasury stocks at a par value of EGP 2.00 per share.
Consequently, the companys listed capital shall be EGP 5,719,828,346 distributed over 2,859,914,173 shares at par value of EGP 2.00 per share.
•These amendments shall be added to EGX database effective 23/06/2025 trading session.
