The Listing Committee held on 18/06/2025 has approved to:
•List the capital decrease for T M G Holding, from EGP 20,635,622,860 to EGP 20,606,537,860.
•Such capital decrease is through terminating 2,908,500 treasury stocks at a par value of EGP 10.00 per share.
Consequently, the companys listed capital shall be EGP 20,606,537,860 distributed over 2,060,653,786 shares at par value of EGP 10.00 per share.
•These amendments shall be added to EGX database effective 23/06/2025 trading session.
