The Listing Committee held on 23/07/2025 has approved to:
• List the capital decrease for Pioneers Properties For Urban Development (PREDCO), from EGP 4,746,623,220 to EGP 4,712,175,720
Such capital decrease is through terminating 7,655,000 treasury stocks at a par value of EGP 4.50 per share.
Consequently, the companys listed capital shall be EGP 4,712,175,720 distributed over 1,047,150,160 shares at par value of EGP 4.50 per share.
• The listing Committee also approved the modification of the Companys name to be " Pioneers Properties For Urban Development -PRE Group " without changing the ticker code of the company
• These amendments shall be added to EGX database effective 28/07/2025 trading session.
