First: Listing the shares increasing the issued and paid-up capital of Reacap ýFinancial Investments from EGP 591,412,240 to EGP 638,725,240, an ýincrease of EGP 47,313,000, by issuing 9,462,600 shares at a par value of ýEGP 5 per share (0.0800000352 free shares for each original share before ýthe increase), funded by shareholders' share in the dividends shown in the ýfinancial statements as of December 31, 2024 (sixth issue), in the Egyptian ýSecurities Listing Schedule ("Shares"). The right to the free distribution ýý(0.0800000352 free shares for each original share) is granted to holders and ýpurchasers of the shares until the end of the trading session on Wednesday, ýAugust 6, 2025.ý
Second: The company's shares, after the free increase, will be listed on the ýdatabase, with a reference price set for the company's shares, effective from ýthe start of the trading session on Thursday, August 7, 2025, as follows:ý
