The Listing Committee held on 23/07/2025 has approved to:
' List the capital decrease for Gadwa For Industrial Development, from 2,004,129,804 EGP to EGP 1,962,783,784.30
' Such capital decrease is through terminating 21,761,063 treasury stocks at a par value of EGP 1.9 per share.
Consequently, the company's listed capital shall be EGP 1,962,783,784.30 distributed over 1,033,044,097 shares at par value of EGP 1.9 per share.
' These amendments shall be added to EGX database effective 28/07/2025 trading session.
