The Saudi Stock Exchange's main index closed today, down by (70.90) points, closing at (10,885.32) points, with trading valued at (4.6) billion Saudi riyals.
The volume of traded shares - according to the Saudi Press Agency's daily economic bulletin for the Saudi Stock Exchange - amounted to (546) million shares, with the shares of (72) companies recording an increase in their value, while the shares of (177) companies closed in decline.
The shares of Sports Clubs, Sahel, Asij, Riyadh Cables, and SACO were the highest risers, while the shares of Shams, BSF, Raydan, Al-Aseel, and Northern Cement were the lowest in trading. The percentages of increase and decrease ranged between (9.92%) and (9.84%). The shares of Shams, Al-Andiya Sports, Ban, Batelco, and Kayan Saudi Arabia were the most active in terms of volume, while the shares of Al-Andiya Sports, Shams, Al-Rajhi, Saudi Aramco, and Saudi Telecom Company were the most active in terms of value. The Saudi Parallel Stock Index (Nomu) closed down (209.73) points, closing at (26,781.28) points, with trades valued at (29) million Saudi riyals, and the volume of traded shares exceeded 3 million shares.
