Cash Capital Increase for El-Nile Co. For Pharmaceuticals And Chemical Industries – ElNile

The listing committee held on 05/11/2025 has approved to:
• List the authorized capital increase for El-Nile Co. For Pharmaceuticals And Chemical Industries – ElNile from EGP 500 Million to EGP 1.200 Billion.
• List the capital increase For El-Nile Co. For Pharmaceuticals And Chemical Industries – ElNile from EGP 300 Million to EGP 500 Million, The EGP 200 Million capital increase (representing the 10th issuance) distributed over 20 Million shares at a par value of EGP 10 per share paid in cash according to a bank certificate of the deposited cash for the subscription of the existing shareholders. The new shares of such increase shall be added to EGX database Effective from the Beginning of 10/11/2025 trading session.
• Rights Issue Of Such increase will be deleted From The EGX database at Same Date Of Adding the Capital Increase To the EGX database.
