on 25/02/2026 decision no. (26) Of 2026 terminating the
membership of Dynamic Securities Trading on The Egyptian Exchange - with its consequences
- in accordance with the provisions of clause no. (3) of article no. (8) of EGX
Membership Rules and in light of the decision of the Board of Directors of the
Financial Regulatory Authority no. (328) of 2025 liquidating the operations of
the company.
