Listing the Pre-Emptive Subscription Rights Of TAWASOA For Factoring, Separately from its Underlying Shares of the company. (SME's Market)

The Listing Committee held on 17/03/2026 has approved to:
• List the Pre-emptive subscription rights of TAWASOA For Factoring, separately from its underlying shares of the company as Subscription Rights Of TAWASOA For Factoring -1.
• The companys issued rights amounted to 40 Million rights resulting from the companys issued capital increase from EGP 75 Million to EGP 115 Million. Such increase amounting EGP 40 Million distributed on 40 Million shares with a par value of EGP 1.00 per share without Issuance Expenses, the increase is paid in cash subscriptions of the company existing shareholders (owner of the shares) by the end of 25/03/2026 trading session within 0.53333 new share for each outstanding share.
Taking into consideration the following:-
? The Pre-emptive Subscription Rights shall be added to EGX database to be traded (separately from the underlying shares) Starting 30/03/2026 till the end of 14/04/2026 trading session only if the market price were higher than the subscription price , using the "ISIN Code (EGS924B1C019).
? Trading on such Subscription Rights shall be suspended by the end of 14/04/2026 trading session, in preparation for its finally remove from EGX database.
