With reference to the letter dated 09/06/2026 from the National Housing Company for Professional Syndicates, we would like to inform you that it has been decided to distribute coupon number (24) at a rate of 3.5 Egyptian pounds per share in two installments. The first installment is 1.75 Egyptian pounds and will be disbursed starting from 29/06/2026, and the second installment is 1.75 Egyptian pounds and will be disbursed starting from 29/12/2026. Consequently, the right to the distribution will transfer to the buyer of the share until the end of the trading session on Wednesday, 24/06/2026.
