The
Financial Regulatory Authority Chairman issued decision no. (2821) of 2026 on 06/09/2026
“suspending Medaf Securities Brokerage from performing its licensed activity
for thirty days, according to article no. (30) of the Capital Market Law no.
(95) For the year 1992 and this is for not removing its attributed violations
mentioned in the warning dated on 17/03/2026”.
Moreover,
as received from FRA that the company has been informed by e-mail and Via (WIND)
with the above decision.
Knowing
that the company is now suspended by the Membership Committees decision No (18)
of 2021 issued on 14/06/2021.
