The listing committee held on 20/10/2026 has approved to:
• List the capital increase for Cleopatra Hospital Company from EGP 724,725,042 to EGP 733,906,973, the EGP 9,181,931 capital increase through the issuance of 18,363,862 shares with a par value of EGP 0.50 per share.
• The entire capital increase allocated to the Incentive and Reward Scheme, as follows:
o 3,869,415 shares of the capital increase shall be allocated to the third tranche for 2023 and the second tranche for 2024 under the Basic Incentive and Reward Scheme, approved by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) on 10/12/2020.
o 14,494,447 shares shall be allocated to the first tranche for 2026 under the Extended Incentive and Reward Scheme, approved by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) on 14/10/2025, the total number of shares allocated to the Basic Incentive and Reward Scheme and its extension to 18,363,862 shares, funded via retained earnings balance, according to the financial statements of the company as of 31/12/2025.
• The capital increase will be added to EGX database to be available for trading effective on 27/10/2026 trading session.
