The Listing Committee held on 03/11/2026 decided to impose EGP 10000 penalty on the issuer of the issuance specified below, due to the violation of Article (47) of the executive regulations.
The Listing Committee also decided to grant the issuing company a one-month grace period to provide the EGX with a recent certificate of credit rating.
