Announcement Detail Further to the announcement of Marble Design Factory Company (Marble Design) published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) website on 17/05/1448H, corresponding to 28/10/2026G, regarding the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 16/05/1448H, corresponding to 27/10/2026G, at which the shareholders approved the amendment of Article (2) of the Company’s Bylaws, relating to the Company’s name, the Company announces the completion of all regulatory requirements and procedures with the competent authorities to change its name from “Marble Design Factory Company” to “Marble Design Company.”
The Company confirms that the change of name will have no impact on the rights of shareholders, the Company’s legal status, its obligations, or its activities.
