The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is Revenues:
Group revenue for the current quarter reached SAR 1,632.8 million, compared to SAR 1,702.8 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025, representing a decrease of SAR 70.0 million, or 4.1% against prior comparative period, reflecting softer demand patterns in the Retail business during the period.
The Retail business continued to represent the Group's core revenue base, with growth in both the front-shop and online segments despite softer market conditions. This performance was complemented by a 21% increase in Distribution revenues, classified under Wholesale, and 14.06% growth in Logistics revenues, primarily driven by the expansion of third-party logistics services.
During the third quarter, the Group continued to strengthen customer engagement and enhance the convenience of its retail pharmacy offering through its online platforms and omnichannel capabilities, enabling customers to access products and services seamlessly across its physical and digital channels.
The performance across each of the business segments reflects the Group's continued efforts to maintain its position in the retail pharmacy market while expanding its activities across the broader healthcare value chain.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit during the current quarter compared to the same quarter of the last year is Net Profit:
Net profit for the third quarter of 2026 reached SAR 47.7 million, compared to SAR 69.1 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025, representing a decrease of SAR 21.4 million, or 31.0%. The decline primarily reflected the impact of lower revenue and gross profit. Despite the decline in profitability, the Group maintained a resilient Retail gross margin of 36% during the third quarter, reflecting disciplined commercial execution and continued focus on gross margin quality.
The Group maintained its focus on cost discipline, with operating expenses as a percentage of revenue improving to 28.4%, compared to 28.7% in the corresponding period. This was achieved while continuing to invest in omnichannel capabilities, technology and IT infrastructure, alongside selective expansion of the Retail network.
These investments are directed towards enhancing customer experience, strengthening operational capabilities and supporting the Group's long-term growth ambitions. The Group remains focused on balancing these strategic priorities with financial discipline and sustainable profitability.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the sales/ revenues during the current quarter compared to the previous one is Revenues:
Group revenue for the third quarter of 2026 reached SAR 1,632.8 million, compared to SAR 1,635.9 million in the second quarter of 2026, representing a marginal decrease of SAR 3.1 million, or 0.2%.
The Group's core Retail business recorded a sequential improvement, with revenue increasing to SAR 1,416.7 million from SAR 1,401.0 million in the preceding quarter. The online business continued to deliver growth, complementing the performance of the physical retail network. The Group also continued to enhance customer engagement and improve the overall customer experience through its online platforms and integrated omnichannel proposition, with a focus on convenience and accessibility.
Distribution and Logistics revenues also continued to contribute to the Group's overall performance, supported by the ongoing expansion of Distribution activities and the scaling of third-party logistics services.
The reason of the increase (decrease) in the net profit (loss) during the current quarter compared to the previous one is Net Profit:
Net profit increased to SAR 47.7 million in the third quarter of 2026, compared to SAR 30.3 million in the preceding quarter, representing an increase of SAR 17.4 million, or 57.5%. This improvement was supported by stronger gross profit margin, which increased to 34.6% from 33.4%, reflecting improved margin realization and disciplined commercial execution.
The Group maintained its focus on cost discipline, with total expenses declining to SAR 464.2 million from SAR 470.7 million, while expenses as a percentage of revenue improved to 28.4% from 28.8%.

Meanwhile, the Group's Distribution revenues, classified under Wholesale, increased by 62.3%, while Logistics revenues grew by 32%, reflecting the expansion of distribution operations and third-party logistics activities.
