According to the letter received from the MCDR on 2025/11/04 by the periodical partial redemption (installment no. 18) for the listed bonds of AL Rehab For Securitization The Third Issue-First Program Tranche C July 2027.
The total listed value of the bonds after the partial redemption becomes EGP 21,349,999.99 distributed over 1,891,250 bonds at a par value of EGP 11.28883. These modifications will be applied to EGX database effective 06/11/2025 trading session. This bond tranche has been locally rated by MERIS As (A-) ¡ At a fixed annual Return rate of 10.35% to be paid monthly Starting From September 2022.
