issued decision no. (1321) of 2026 Suspending Saudi Egyptian Co. for Securities
Brokerage from performing brokerage activity, for 30 days in accordance with
the provisions of Article No. (30) of Law No. (95) of 1992 For not removing all
the violations included in the warning sent to the company on 26/11/2025.
Moreover - as received from FRA - the company has been
informed with the decision via email on 13/05/2026,
Therefore, the suspension period begins on 14/05/2026 and ends on 12/06/2026.
Knowing
that the company is now suspended by the Membership Committees decision No
(31) of 2025 issued on 27/05/2025.
